How to force update the Offline Address Books?

Hi guys, is there a way to force update the OAB using Powershell or any other similiar tools?

Currently, when we make a change to the GAL, it sometimes take up to 1 week before the OAB is updated.

I am aware deleting the offline address book entries manually in the Outlook profile works, but it's not a solution for most of my users.

Appreciate any feedback.
