Is it possible to delegate mailbox access from OWA or mobile device?

Hi guys, is there a way to delegate mailbox access from OWA or mobile device?

I have a mobile worker who only wants to delegate access when he is out-of-office.

Preferably he can setup the delegation on his own as and when it is needed.
