Hi there please help me sort this.
I have just installed office 365 email working great but the sent items don't sync.
I have 1 email account with I will be using on these devices
Work Desktop
Mobile Phone
Home Laptop
I want to be able to sync all email activity to all 3 devices. As far as I know, anything I do on those 3 should mimic on the web browser version of email in my office 365 portal right?
If I email from my mobile phone, the sent items shows in the web browser version but does not show in my desktop and I suspect the same with laptop (when I sync it). When I send from work desktop, it doesn't show any sent items on my mobile phone or the web version. The only thing that does work properly is the sending of emails on each device but there isn't any sent items syncs.
Is this normal and how can I fix?
