give user permission to receive meeting notifications on behalf of another user through the Exchange or Office 365 console

To anyone,

is there a way I can grant one user permission to receive meeting notification on behalf of another user in my organization through the Exchange or Office 365 console. Basically the first user wants to receive meeting notifications on behalf of the 2nd user to better manage his schedule.
