Hello,
I'm attempting to create an email rule from exchange online and for some reason it doesn't stick. I will attempt to explain the situation I am in.
I'd like any emails that I receive that are addressed to info@example.com to have a forwarded copy to another email address. Unfortunately, this rule will not kick in for me.
I created a rule just like the articles available here suggested. I am applying the rule if "A recipient's domain is.. " and adding the value "example.com" to it.
Then I select from "Do the following > Bcc the messsage to..." and select an email to forward it to. Unfortunately when I send an email to info@example.com from anywhere it doesn't get forwarded to the destination address.
I am using exchange online and the outlook webapp. The only thing that may be causing an issue is the fact that I have multiple emails from various domains info@example.com, info@example2.com, etc. setup to come in as info@main.com via a distribution group. Will this have an affect on anything?
Thanks in advance.
