Hi everyone,
I have users that cannot use the Outlook desktop app and they reported that it is impossible for them to edit a rule in OWA.
I tried myself and I have the exact same problem.
The thing is: not all rules work, those that check the mail subject for key words do work but those that are based on sender email address are not editable.
I highly suspect a problem on the Microsoft side.
Is the incident declared ? Should I just wait ?
