I have a Customer that is using Office 365 Enterprise E1 and Outlook 2013 via volume licens, they are currently 9 users. 3 of the users are administrators creatings bookings in others calendars, these 3 have 9 calendars in total (their own + the other 8) and they view it in overlay mode with different colors for each user.
The problem is that it seems you can only have 9 colors, they will soon be 10 users, the 10th user will get the same color as someone else, which will create some problems. We have tried a few different solutions for how they will manage their calendars but they want it this way, old habbits i guess.
Anyone found a way to add more than 9 colors? Is there perhaps a addOn, registry hack or anything? I've spoken with the Office 365 support, while this is not their field of expertise they where kind enough to look around but found nothing.
