I have what should be a very simple requirement. But I have been unable to set it up satisfactorily. I have one person who does not work for my company but who requires an email address on my domain name which is a Microsoft 365 hosted exchange domain. She does not require an email account - only a requirement that the email address is forwarded to a separate email address which she controls. I just want to set up a straight forward email forwarder. I hacve her set up as a contact at the moment with an email address and this is working but I am also receiving a copy of all her emails which I do not want. How do I set this up so that all emails addressed to xyz@mydomain.com simply get sent on to zyx@anothercompany.com and do not appear in any inbox at mydomain.com ?
