Something has changed in Outlook 2013 last week. When a user replies to a message in a mailbox not their own, it defaults to the current user's email address in the from field. It used to default to the email address associated with the mailbox that the email resides in.
I figure this has been changed through a Windows Update since a few of us started noticing it. I couldn't find a setting for this and was wondering if we can somehow change it back.
The reason I'm asking is because we use the shared mailboxes for ticketing purposes. When someone replies and forgets to change the from address, the user's response is lost to the group.
