I have two users on Office 365. I'm not sure what I did, possibly while trying to Powershell User 1's primary email into a dist. list, somehow I created a monster.
Microsoft Exchange Approval Assistant asks the User 2 to approve just about every email with an attachment sent to User 1.
User 2 is a Delegate to User 1, and this comes from Outlook 2011 Mac - in case this has something to do with it,
Just looking for any documentation on what causes the Microsoft Exchange Approval Assistant and how to disable this.
