Yesterday, March 20th at exactly 8pm CDT, I received 3 emails from Microsoft Outlook which stated that, "The server for this account hasn't responded for at least 4 hours. Please confirm that the server settings are correct..."
I got three separate emails regarding three different emails accounts all at the same time. Two accounts are at Shaw.ca and one is at Gmail.com
I've tried removing all the connected accounts but for the life of me, I can't put them back. It says, "Outlook Web App couldn't connect to the server for your other account. Please click the Back button and make sure that you entered your email address and password correctly."
I tried using the exact settings that my neighbour has but no luck. My neighbour's account seems to be running just fine. I can't figure this out. Just spinning my wheels with no luck. If there's an obvious fix, I'd love to know about it. I've recommend Office 365 to 3 people so far but this latest incident has me wondering about Office 365's ability to perform consistently.
