This is a huge problem!
We are having a frequent but completely random problem with some emails not being received both incoming (those sent by others) outgoing (what we send) and internally (those sent on the same domain). There is no pattern to it, sometimes it goes through and sometimes it does not. It is not being filtered out or sent to junk. Out emails just disappear and we never know for sure if the mail went through or if we have received everything that other people have sent us.
