Since we got the service upgrade to 365 some of our users noticed some issues with their email.
A couple with their laptops (both mac and PC). They noticed sudden influx of sync error emails in their inbox (a couple users had thousands - which i had them delete but they seem to keep coming back...see below).
Also there is a significant lag on receiving emails and sending emails from their outlook desktop. I investigated and no issues on their outlook web app but they prefer to work on their desktop outlook. They use either outlook 2010 or outlook 2011 for mac. I had them delete the sync error emails and also cancel any send/receive errors that comes up on the bottom of their desktop outlook.
After deleting the sync error messages they do get an improvement with their outlook email sent and delivery but the sync error messages (at least for one of them keeps coming back.
Would you know what is happening?
