Since our account was upgraded to 2013 ten days ago all of our Mac Outlook users have reported an issue with Outlook asking over and over again for credentials. In the past this has been a rare problem caused by corrupt Keychain on the Mac. This is not the case this time.
Sometimes it asks every few minutes, sometimes it takes a day or two but it has been consistent. I've seen discussions on Spice Works about DNS issues but ours checked clean. We've wiped out keychains, repaired permissions and restarted Outlook and the OS.
This is obviously very frustrating for our users. Is there a configuration change on the Exchange side causing issues? I've seen other threads with the recommendation to create new identities for every mac user, I'm hoping the issue is server side.
