Multiple MX Records

I'm trying to setup Exchange and the existing mail server at GoDaddy so different email inbox can be hosted at either.

I could get it working 100% on Exchange or 100% on GoDaddy but not on both. Right now they only need 1 inbox on exchange but will eventually have 3 on it and not need GoDaddy email at all. So I currently have the inbox that I want to hit exchange forwarding to the onmicrosoft.com domain inbox and then Exchange takes over from there.

I feel like this is wrong but works for now.

GoDaddy MX records

 10 NotPopeOnPopeAction-com.mail.protection.outlook.com
 mailstore1.secureserver.net
 0smtp.secureserver.net

TXT

v=spf1 mx include:secureserver.net include:spf.protection.outlook.com -all

I also have the SRV service set up and another TXT entry but I don't think they would be relevant.

I have Exchange set up as Internal relay domain. I couldn't find the exact field for this that I was trying to follow on this support page.

Another thought I had was having the Exchange account catch all emails BUT no matter how it set up the rules to forward when the TO field said X it would forward everything no matter who it was two. When I would set up the rule and save it ... Exchange would override the rule. On that same thought no matter who it was TO the emails would also change the TO field to match the inbox email address.

I tried calling Microsoft but the 3 times I called I was in line for 2 hours and then disconnected. I had a call back but then missed the call. If anyone here could help I will be greatly appreciate it.
