We currently have Office 365 and were just migrated to the new Exchange server 2013 two weeks ago and since this happened I have several users that are having trouble synchronizing folders to the local version of Office. I have setup their accounts in Office 2010 and 2013 and have the same results. If I uncheck the Use Cached Exchange Mode it works fine and also the web version works fine but not on their local cached versions. One users folder goes as far as synching the Calendar and then crashes while another user had a subfolder under her Inbox that it was getting caught on. I deleted that folder and the emails it had and now it works fine. The problem is the Calendar user. I can't simply delete her calendar and events. Has any one come across this?
