Microsoft Remote Connectivity Analyzer test or OWA/RPC over HTTP shows no issues.

Using my account (I am Exchange Admin w/all permissions)
All domains set up and verified.
Unified Messaging is not enabled in Online or Server.
Same settings as Used for MRCA...
I have never had a preview account, have been paying for almost a year on the one I am logged into.
Try to automatically start the batch gets titled error.
