SMTP Server Address and TLS

Hi there. My name is John and I do IT for Savarino Companies. We are trying to get our Ricoh Aficio MP C5000 Copier scanning to e-mail and using the Office 365 provided SMTP server address to send the scans. The specifications for the SMTP server usage specify TLS encryption. I have been unsuccessful in getting that working. The specified SMTP address is:

Is there any other address or any other connection method to use with this address so that the copier does not have to do TLS....
