Request failed [STATUS=Redirect - Found]

Hi,

I'm new to Office 365 and trying to run reports against my Office 365 Exchange online mail server.

I'd like to use this Excel shreadsheet to get the info I need:

I login in successfully, but after I select dates I get 'Request failed [STATUS=Redirect - Found]' error and go no further.

So, as a test a tried using this tool:

I get the exact same error.

Any ideas or things I can check?
