Hi, I have a setup for a customer where they each have their own workstation and Exchange Online set in Outlook 2010. One workstation (Win7) has several users use this workstation with RDP as they share an accounting package that doesn't run well over a network (hence remote desktop solution).
The problem is they each need to send email invoices through Outlook in their own RDP desktop profile, but as soon as I setup Outlook with their exchange email all the folders sync in. As they have all of this on their own workstation I only need the sent items to sync on this accounting computer for each user just to send invoices. Some of their outlook data files are over 10GB. So I don't want all of this downloading into another Outlook just for sending purposes only.
Does anyone have a solution that I can use so Outlook on this computer only downloads/syncs the Sent Items only? Thanks, Jason
