Hi there!
I have created a rule to block and delete READ receipts for users in Exchange Online following the given instructions:
1. Log into Office 365 Portal and click Admin.
2. Click Manage under Exchange Online and click Mail Control under Mail.
3. Click Rules and Click New to create a transport rule.
4. Click More Option…
5. Under *If… select The sender is… then select is this person and pick the users.
6. Click Add Condition.
7. Under and select the message properties… then select include the message type and select Read receipt.
8. Under Do the following..., select Block the message and select Delete the message without notifying anyone.
9. Save it.
I have checked the delivery reports for the users and have seen that READ receipts are delivered and not blocked and deleted!
Can someone help me?
