From the Office 365 Admin Center I can see a synopsis of the Mail Protection status showing how many mails have been filtered over the past 7 days. But how do I set these filters? And how do I view the emails that have been captured, to ensure that they weren't erroneously filtered.
I've found the Protection section but all the options within this section seem to be greyed out.
I was a user of Google's Postini previously and I would receive a daily summary of all emails that had been captured and I could request delivery of any one of them. Moreover, I could update the Safe list and block list.
