Hello,
I am transitioning a company to Office 365 and it has gone well so far apart from one user.
The user seems to have 2 mailboxes under exchange mailboxes yet only has one user account.
I can't make any changes to the mailbox(es) as it comes up with

I have tried to delete the user and mailbox and re-create but it doesn't help.
What can I do to resolve this?
