We have a client and I look after their O365. Need help with updating Connection Filtering in the Permissions using /ECP.
The purpose of me accessing this page is that I am having some problems with emails coming through from a website form. Our webmaster has provided the IP address where the form submission is coming from. I found a thread here on accessing the ECP to add IP Address to allow list so I giving it a try.
However, the problem I am getting is, after entering the IP address and saving the changes, it get stuck at "Completing the requested task" with almost 90% of the progress bar completed. Nothing else happens, its just stuck there. I've forcefully close the window and tried again and still get stuck at the same page.
Is there any other settings I can try to add and to allow our email to come through from a form submission via the website. I've tested sending email using email clients and they come through OK. It's just emails generated via the website form is not coming through.
It's timely to note that I've also added domains and IP address via the account in Safe Senders List and we are still not receiving emails. As another test to isolate, the form submission recipient list is going to another email and they are receiving it.
So I am guessing, is there a higher email protection taking precedence over safe senders list? Can I request to add an IP address?
