I have a user that sends an email to a distribution group with a specific text formatting and then the format looks different once it's received. He CC's himself on the messages and when he receives the message after sending, he noticed that they look different.
His original message looks something like this-
Title 1
- Blah blah blah blah
- Blah blah blah
Title 2
- Blah blah blah blah
He receives a message that looks something like this-
Title 1
- Blah blah blah blah
- Blah blah blah
Title 2
- Blah blah blah blah
The only thing that appears to be changing is the spacing of some of the words and lines of text.
I copied his original message (the way it was intended to look) and sent it to myself from my Outlook. The message came through fine without any formatting errors. So, I'm guessing it has to be an issue with his Outlook. Is there a setting or something that I'm missing?
We're both using Outlook 2013.
