Outlook 2010 crashes when Lync Meeting is created

I'm working with an executive assistant who has full editor on a shared calendar.  She's trying to create meetings on the executive's calendar with her permissions, and this works fine for most meetings.  When she tries to create a Lync meeting on the shared calendar Outlook just crashes, or locks up.  When the Executive creates a Lync meeting from his own account this works fine.  Is there something I can do to prevent this from happening?

We have an E3 O365 agreement.
