O365 and Outlook Desktop Setup

With new O365:  I went through the "Lets get Started - Email Setup".

I worked with MS Support Rep to make the DNS Changes for Verification and NS Server redirects and now am getting emails on the O365 Web App :) even though Step 4 in the process still shows that DNS Changes have not been made.  The Service Rep didn't know why but, hey, I'm getting email and that's what counts, right??

OK, maybe that's not important ...

Now I go into Outlook Desktop, after completing the Software setup in O365 ...

Then I go into Outlook Desktop to set up the O365 hosted email account and Outlook can't see it! Maybe I need to figure out if O365 uses Exchange ActiveSync or IMAC, etc. 

Or is there still some kind of issue from Step 4 Email Setup affecting the Desktop Outlook account setup??

Nothing is ever easy.
