One of our user emails are disappearing. We've restored the emails but again these are all vanished. There are just a handful of mails left in the inbox dating back to July 2012. We also checked all subfolders if all mails moving to any of it but no luck. Could you please suggest why it is happening and what should we do to resolve it.
We have done a temporary solution for this for now and set a rule for inbox to copy all emails to a new subfolder but that is a temporary solution. Please guide us to resolve this issue asap.
