We are trying to configure Voicemail integration between Unity 8.6.2 and our Office 365. In doing so, we have been unable to connect successfully. I am slightly confused on the process so any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
Currently, we are on E P1 and Unity 8.6.2 utilizing only Office 365 (no hybrid environment). In following the Cisco Unity Connection White Paper (http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/connection/8x/unified_messaging/guide/85xcucumg025.pdf), we are running into issues on the Edit Unified Messaging Service. Our AD server doesn't have DNS configured as we speak. Do we need to setup DNS there or do we point it somewhere externally?
