For the second time, I have received the following error message after I have reset a user's e-mail password then they try to change the temporary password to a permanent one:
Sorry, we can't process your request.

I have tried to change the temporary password to a permanent password using multiple browsers and computers with the same result.
I have attempted to use the reset password link on the login page and receive the following message:
While we cannot reset non-admin account passwords automatically, we cancontact your organization's admin to do it for you.
This is the second time I have received this message when trying to change a user's password. The previous time, I just deleted the e-mail address and recreated it. That is not an attractive solution this time.
