Hi
We have a problem with two domains where one of them can't send e-mail to the other.
The situation is as follows:
We have two domains in the company. myFirstDomain.com and mySecondDomain.com, and are used seperately, by two devisions in the company.
Both are added in office 365, but are not yet used, but hosted elsewere.
This weekend we changed the MX records etc for myFirstDomain.com and there myFirsDomain.com effectively is hosted on office 365.
The other domain mySecondDomain.com is not yet moved, and will not be moved until next week.
The problem is now, that it is not possible to send e-mail from myFirstDomain.com(in office 365) to mySecondDomain.com (still hosted elsewere - Gooogle mail).
I Guess this is due to the mail is not routed out of exchange online when sending to mySecondDomain.com, and i therefore need to setup a forward connector under
"exchange" - "mail flow" - "Connectors".
I can't figure out how to set up this connector, and i am not sure if it even is the correct thing to do.
I can solve the problem (have tested) by deleting mySecondDomain.com in office 365 but that is not a solution i want, because i want to create the users for mySeccondDomain.com a couple of days before i move the MX records etc. next week.
