Hoping you can help.
In office 365 admin portal the exchange option is showing as provisioning and has been for over 3 days. I see a lot of posts about this with no answers and no explaination from MS.
I raised a ticket #614012490071123 but have not had a solution and they are emailing the exchange email account.
I have created new users. Same issue.
I have unassigned and reassigned licenses. Same issue.
Checked DNS. No problem there.
Created new admin. Same problem.
Please can someone help as due to the change over we are now receiving no mail as the exchange service is not working on our domain. Our tenant is equality.onmicrosoft.com and domain swsan.eu.org
