E3 plan, hybrid deployment, UK users.
Some of our user base have reported their emails are not reaching their recipients. Users are using OWA. Testing shows inbound is fine. Sending a test email to themselves the mail doesn't go into the sent items and never arrives in their inbox. Message tracing does not show the message either. Other users are completely unaffected.
I suspect (yet another) issue within the 365 estate but wondered if anyone else has noticed a problem.
