Have a hybrid configured. We have a 2010 sp3 on prem. Went thru the hybrid config and it completed. Moved a test user up to office 365 to test email flow with. Office 365 can't send externally or to our on prem. environment. Our on prem. environment can't send to office 365. We want all mail to route from our on prem. environment. I have tried to mess around with the connectors but can't get it to work. Any help would be very much appreciated.
