We have been using Office 365 predominantly for Outlook. We have our own domain and everything worked ok with the Microsoft 365 redirection to ourdomain.onmicrosoft.com. We were recently forced to change our web host and went to WIX. WIX does not accept the redirection to ourdomain.onmicrosoft.com. We have kept the onmicrosoft.com Office 365 site up and active, but it does not recieve any new email. How do I retrieve all of the existing (old) email from this onmicrosoft.com account?
