My outlook (OWA) search in O365 does not show results older than approximately 2 weeks even if the mail is definitely sitting in the inbox (I can scroll to the mail and open it).
Options are on "Entire Mailbox" and "All Messages" and the search result is "Your search didn't return any results". Tested on different workstations with different browsers - always same result.
I’m admin of my organisation, other users within my organisation don’t experience this problem. Not sure since when the problem occurred, however I can confirmed that the search worked before.
Any ideas? Outlook is pretty useless without a search :(
