So I am just starting off a migration by bringing across a couple of users into Exchange Online and have identified a little issue that has got me stumped. I am hoping there is an easy answer out there.
One or two of the users maintained mailbox permissions to mailboxes that are still on prem
there were a few that for some odd reason did not maintain this same feature... No biggy I am expecting one or two little things like this BUT,
I ensured that the users had permissions to the shared mailboxes in question in most cases this is "FullAccess". This would normally add the shared mailbox automatically into Outlook, Right?
Unfortunately this did not work.
When I try to add the mailbox as a shared mailbox via the normal method through the account settings and try to access the mailbox I get the below error.
"Cannot expand the folder. The set of folders cannot be opened, Microsoft Exchange is not Available......."
Any Idea ladies and gents?
