What is the current industry standard for backing up office 365 mailboxes?
Our management is worried that a user will realize that a email or email folder that he/she deleted 6 months ago is now needed and they want to be able to restore it.
We don't want users to create huge PST files or put everyone on litigation holds.
Just want to backup everyone's mailbox either on-prem or in the cloud to be accessible in the future.
