I've seen other posts regarding this topic, but this seems to be a bit different.
I have two users where one has shared his calendar with another staff member. The staff member can open his shared calendar and add meetings directly into it as expected ... Intermittently. I questioned this at first but have seen it first hand.
This may happen when she has multiple shared calendars open, or just his. I've been at a loss on how to proceed.

Be the way to go to see what changes, if any, are present when the issue is occurring and not? If this was simply "broken" I can live with that but the working/not working is hard to understand.
