I had lots of users got the connection issue.
One week ago, the loading profile took 10-20 mins, and the longest was over 1hour to get loaded. After being loaded, everything looked fine.
This week, loading time was shorter than that in last week, but after loading, kept trying to connect to exchange server.
We failed repairing the profile, stopping on second step.
Technical support sent a test account which belongs to different domain, that was working.
Tried to create a new profile outside our business network, it was created, but not able to open, stuck in loading profile. tried on another machine, it loaded, but kept trying the connection.
Web mail and mobile phone work fine.
Any help will be appreciated.
