I was trying to help my colleague with a auto forward rule. We started from scratch, put in the conditions and added my email address to forward and the rule worked. We then tried it with an external email address and that worked too.
We then removed our email addresses and put in a list of people who should get the forwards and then the rule stops working. All the people in the list are from the same domain.
We cannot try removing people one by one or adding people one by one because all the people in the list are people whom we cannot spam with our testing.
I wanted some ideas on what else we can check or to see if someone else has seen this behaviour.
