Hi there,
I need to migrate a lot of email to Office 365. Let's say these accounts: info@domain1.com / info@domain2.com / info@domain3.com.
info@domain1.com will be a full mailbox and the other account need to be redirects to this mailbox.
Also my client needs to able to send email from all accounts in Outlook. My client does not need 3 full mailboxes, because this is too expensive and overkill in this situation.
When I setup info@domain2.com / info@domain3.com as an alias, all email will be placed in the info@domain1.com mailbox. One big problem: my client can not see where the mail came from. All recipients will be info@domain1.com in this mailbox. This is useless in my case.
So I need to setup distribution groups for info@domain2.com and info@domain3.com and make info@domain1.com part of these groups? Right? This works, but how do I setup Outlook to send out mail from these distribution groups?
Hope this is clear and somecan help me out here? Other / better solutions are more than welcome!
Thanks,
Gr,
Mark
