Hi,
I am the IT support engineer in a company and i have an employee who's scan to email option is no longer working after moving to office365.
Issue:- Single User issue
When scanning to email from any MFD printer there are no error messages on printers but not receiving emails even on webmail, not even on junk email folder.
Tried from many MFD printers, same issue.
Directly searched for the user from the address book and scanned document but still not receiving emails from printers.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance
