Public Calendars with Entourage 2008 and Office 365

Hello,

Our client recently moved their operation to Office 365, and two of the employees use Macs. They are currently using Entourage 2008, Web Services Edition to access their email. When they want to access the public company calendar from the favorites bar, the calendar is downloaded. Once it is downloaded, they can access and edit it normally. However, each successive day when they first open the calendar, it downloads the entire calendar again.

My questions are, why is this happening, and how can we remedy it so it syncs regularly without needing to be downloaded each day?
