I am the admin of a small business with 10 users. I have setup all their accounts and am now in the process of assisting them with setting their emails up on their mobile devices.
Sending and receiving email with our custom domain is fine through OWA and receiving email on mobile devices is fine, but we can't send emails. There is no error as the emails appear to send, but they aren't received and then can't be seen in any outbox or sent items box on either the mobile devices of OWA.
I have assumed this is something to do with the SMTP server settings, but I have double checked them and they are fine.
I have also checked to make sure that the mobile devices are using the sent items folder on the server as opposed to the sent items folder on the devices themselves.
Using iOS devices we have the same issue if we setup the emails as a Microsoft Exchange email and if I select Other and set them up manually.
Anyone else had this problem and may have some tips on what to do?
