1. I previously had come across a powershell script that had the fuctionality of including the email signature of a user in their email by simply taking info from their Office 365 profile. However what I am wondering is weither there is a way adding the company logo to the users info so that it can also be incorporated in their signature??
2. also would it possible to make the logo hyperlink to our company website?
3. I had also previously added a confidentiality diclaimer to all email adresses using exchange rules, however the confidentiality diclaimer tends to build up with every email reponse I make and sometime it even is included twice, below is a screenshot of this and the highlighted red part is the disclaimer build up.
I have tried adding an exception to the rule as I read on another blogg where i specified that the disclaimer should be excluded if the text present in the disclaimer is present in the subject or body of the messeg, howver that didnt seem to change anything.
I would appriciate any assistance I get.
