My email was through my university and they set up a hotmail account after graduating with the domain name for me. I had been using that account for about 2-3 years now. Recently it changed my email to a microsoft account or something, not really sure. Ever since, I have not been able to access my emails. Every time I log in, it says setting up exchange this may take a few minutes. I have left that page up for days at this point with no results. I see other people have had this issue and have read multiple posts and still cannot figure out what to do. I'm not sure if I need to sign up for something or pay for some service but I really need access to this email account.
