We setup an smtp relay for our scanner, and for some reason it was working for several month but now emails are just sitting in the queue. I've checked the settings in accordance with your recommendations here:

Everything looks right. I know the relay works because I switched it to use a relay with a gmail account and the queue cleared right away and I got the emails. I also double-checked the Basic Authentication settings to make sure I was able to log into the office365 mailbox w/ that user's account.
Is there anything else that I can try?
