SharePoint online for email archiving

Hi,

My client is looking for the following functionality.

1. Export emails to the SharePoint which can be accessed over the Intranet/Internet.
2. Any emails coming to your mailbox should be archived on SharePoint as a backup copy.
3. Search feature for the emails stored on SharePoint.

Do you think sharepoint is a good option. Or if there is any other alternative in office 365, please suggest.
