I'm trying to setup IMAP for a user on this account and connection is not working.
Do I need to complete the domain transfer steps and transfer the name servers completely for this to work? I would really like to avoid this as it would cause disruption of email services.
I'm using the suggested info:
IMAP: outlook.office365.com, port 993, SSL
SMTP: smtp.office365.com, port 587, TLS
I'm using info@{verified_domain}.com (the domain is verified on the account) as user and the password used to sign in to Office365 for the account.

I'm actually receiving a Cannot resolve server error for outlook.office365.com on either ports 143 (regular) and 993 (SSL).
